Elian Lu
Co-founder · AI, cloud architecture & project management
Elian’s career began with designing AI. From there it went down into cloud infrastructure, laying the foundations systems run on, and then across the full stack, from data and backend services to the screens people use. Elian later moved into project management, turning requirements, timelines and people with different skills into plans that ship, and teaches in several instructor roles, passing on hands-on AI and engineering experience.
Elian co-founded Velox Data in 2024 and helps build and run Halo.Project. Handling custom orders, customer support and shipping first-hand makes it clear who each architectural decision affects.

Founder · AI, product strategy & team leadership
Irene’s experience spans data analysis, big-data consulting, AI Team Lead and Data PM Lead roles. She connects hands-on technology, product decisions and team leadership, bringing engineering feasibility and business priorities into the same conversation.
At Velox Data she works across products and projects while building frontend experiences, teaching data skills and shaping Halo.Project. From a specification to the colors and stories in a piece of jewelry, she cares about how people understand, use and connect with what we make.

to a bracelet with a story.
We learned metal wrapping and wire weaving together, built Halo.Project, and turned our craft practice into courses. Choosing a bead or adjusting the tension of a thread calls for the same patience and care as designing a system for another person.
Jewelry gives a story a shape you can wear. Software gives an idea a way to work. We take both kinds of making seriously.
